Our partner, Bharat D Sarawgee, had the privilege of addressing an engaged audience at the prestigious Singapore Swimming Club as part of the Great India Property Expo 2023, organised by Dhanush Pte. Ltd.

The expo brought together NRIs based in Singapore who were actively exploring or considering property investments back in India — and with that came a natural and pressing need for clarity on the regulatory, tax, and legal dimensions that accompany such decisions.

What the Sessions Covered :

The sessions were designed to go beyond theory — addressing the real, lived questions that NRIs face when navigating the Indian property market from abroad. The audience engaged actively, bringing forward specific situations and concerns that made the discussions all the more meaningful and practical.

The Significance of the Platform :

The Great India Property Expo is one of the most recognised platforms connecting the Indian diaspora in Singapore with opportunities and knowledge around Indian real estate. Being invited to speak at such an event — and within the distinguished setting of the Singapore Swimming Club — was both an honour and a responsibility that Bharat carried with full commitment.
