We were honoured to continue our association with NRI Nivesh on May 11, 2025, at Novotel Singapore — with our Partner, Mr. Bharat D Sarawgee, taking the floor for a deeply important session on Will & Inheritance planning for Non-Resident Indians — a subject that is critical to every NRI's long-term financial and family security.

About the Session

For NRIs holding assets in India — whether property, investments, bank accounts, or business interests — the absence of a clear, legally sound succession plan can leave families exposed to prolonged disputes, regulatory hurdles, and avoidable tax burdens at the most difficult of times. Yet succession planning continues to be one of the most deferred conversations in personal finance.

This session was designed to change that — by bringing both clarity and urgency to Will drafting and inheritance planning for NRIs with Indian assets.
