About the Session

The NRI community across Europe carries a unique financial profile — with deep personal and economic ties to India, while simultaneously navigating the legal and financial systems of their countries of residence. In this context, succession planning for Indian assets becomes not just a matter of legal necessity but of genuine family protection.

An unplanned estate, an absent Will, or a misunderstood inheritance structure can expose families to prolonged disputes, regulatory delays, and significant financial loss — across two jurisdictions simultaneously. This session was crafted to bring both awareness and actionable guidance to that challenge.
